feasibility studies
When engaged as your architect for full architectural services, the design and documentation process assumes a central role in our service offerings. The initial design phase commences with early site meetings to thoroughly discuss project requirements. Subsequently, we compile a comprehensive project brief and develop a series of conceptual designs tailored to your project. Should a feasibility study have been conducted previously, its findings will be integrated into these early conceptual designs.
As the project progresses into the design development and construction documentation stages, our collaborative approach extends to coordinating with consultants and regulatory authorities. We diligently prepare all necessary drawings and documents required to secure the requisite permits. Our commitment to liaising effectively with consultants and authorities remains an integral aspect of the core architectural services we provide.
design & documentation
Our project management and contract administration services cover the entire construction process, from recommending tendering methods to issuing tender documentation and negotiating with preferred contractors.
During construction, we conduct regular site inspections, monitor quality control, and provide instructions to builders. Our role extends to attending meetings, offering progress reports, assessing claims, and coordinating with other consultants.
Post-construction, we handle defects lists, coordinate rectifications, and issue the final certificate upon completion of all outstanding work, ensuring a seamless and successful project delivery.
