STEP 1: PREDESIGN
At this initial stage of the design, we mainly focus on obtaining a design brief from our client, assessing the site conditions and constraints and finding out about authority regulations and requirements. This allows us to get an idea of what can be done on each specific site. We will also provide recommendation for the appointment of any other consultants if needed.

STEP 2: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Design, Planning & Documentation
At this stage of our works, we start preparing some design options for you. Once a design option is approved, we start preparing a set of planning documents for submission to council. When we have the approval from council, we will start working on the detailed design and will prepare construction documentation and specifications.
STEP 3: CONSTRUCTION
Contractor Selection & Contract Administration
At this stage, we already have the full documentation and the detailed design ready to get the building permit. We will also run tenders to help you select the right contractor. Once the construction commences, we will act as an independent assessor, and will administer the contract between you and your contractor.
