  • The Pre-Design Report is a feasibility study designed for clients exploring various project options, such as renovation or redevelopment of a property.

    This report helps clarify feasible project types and design options, whether it involves renovating an existing structure or considering a new build. The Pre-Design Report is available in two levels:

    Level 1: Compares renovation, extension, or rebuild options.

    Level 2: Evaluates the feasibility of developing units or townhouses on the property.

    Both levels cover the same assessment items, with differences in cost reflecting the time required for each project.

    The Pre-Design Report includes all the assessment items listed in the Site Assessment Report, plus additional features:

    7. Opinion of probable construction costs
